Step 1 :- Fill up the form below

Step 2 :- Set up Standing order from your bank account before the 15th of a month. For current month draw pay directly into the below specified account.

Reference: NAME OF TICKET HOLDER
Sort Code: 60-19-01
Account Number: 22815023

Step 3:- Club 100 admin will contact you and allocate the next available number and add you to Club 100 What'sapp Group.

Step 4:- Club 100 sign up completed.
