Aztecs v Buckhurst Hill (Jeff Rodrigues Trophy U13)

Guys we played really well for majority of the game. Batting we let ourselves down big time. We gave away 11 wickets. We scored the same as the opposition but gave our wickets away. This is now becoming a concern as its happened 2 weeks in a row now. We need to improve and our top batsmen need to start scoring and not lose wickets. Big shout out to Zeeruk and Ayaan for scoring big and getting boundaries. Zeeruk scored 21 and Ayaan scored 13.

Bowling was okay today. But we had like 3 overs where we gave away 45 runs. That is just not good enough and the game would have been closer. Some bad Fielding as well today led to boundaries. I'm confident we can sort this out. Excellent wicket keeping today by Aahad but a Big shout to Zeeruk who bowled really well and almost got a few wickets. Totally bamboozled opposition batsmen with his spin.
